You walk into em and drop em. If you see a white flash covering your entire screen you did it right. And make sure you actually have the recipie or it won't work.

I've done heaps of things to try to make it work and i have half a dozen recipies, not sure what may be wrong... Also mate would you know how to get through Pripyat? without getting/dieing from radioativity? I hear you need a speacial modification to a tears of ....... something to put on your belt to get through.?

Yeah you drop Droplets into electro and you'll get a nicer item.

And it's easy getting through pripyat. I didn't even need the artefact. Maybe you should follow the group of green stalkers that get killed easily?? If not then can you please tell me if your armor provides radiation protection.

Im not aware of too much radiation in Pripyat, there is however an insane amount in red forest just before pripyat, perhaps thats what you're experiencing. And generally the game is made so that you dont need artifacts but they do help. You just need alot more anti-rads then if you did have those artifacts.

The general rules is that

1. You need to have a recipie in your encyclopedia for it to work, if you remember that you have to put this artifact into this anomaly from the previous games but dont have the recipe it wont work

2. Starting from 2.1 you can only use the anomalies at night now since they are more stable

3. Some entries in the recipes have wrong descriptions and sometimes the anomalies are mixed up, if it doesnt work in a "whirlwig" try like a "springboard" they are different things. Others are completely wrong. I think its been fixed in 2.1 but i havent tried it out yet.

4. And ive found this out to be true for myself although i can't confirm for others. Do not do it almost at the end of the night since some anomalies will disappear and take your artifacts with them. So try to use them as close to the beginning of the night as you can. Say 10PM that will give you the maximum time to get your artifact.

hmm, i seem to be having trouble getting 'glass beads'

i have the recipe or two for putting mama's beads in a fruit juice (the green one, forgot the name) anomaly and it didn't go, tried it in a electro and burner too, nothing

i tried these all at midnight to be extra sure, and multiple times on multiple anomalies, in case it was a fluke. i need that bonus vs telepathy for all those controllers and dwarves i come across, like roaches those critters!

Could you specify which one you are actually trying to make?? The green anomaly (acid pit) is called a fruit punch. And i just read all the recipes for mama's beads and they are all called glassbeads, theres bout 3: Old, Ancient, Elder. Double check that you are putting in the right artifact. For the first step you put Mama's beads into a fruit punch to get old glassbeads. But make sure you actually have that recipe.

Some of the descriptions are wrong from previous versions, ive heard its fixed in OL 2.1 so if you havent upgraded yet, try that. I cant confirm yet because i havent tried/checked if they are right yet.
