stalkerfiles.com

check out the utilities section. (the .db extractor thing) would be where you find that.

keep in mind that you open the .ltx files with notepad. where you can change the values of pretty much anything.

also keep in mind to know what value you're changing, or it might lead to a game crash. so save often when you're modifying files, so you know what went wrong.

There doesn't seem to be a way to repack the db file after editing is complete. You'll have to leave it open.
