I bet there's somewhere there too. But don't tell me. Now that it's confirmed there IS shelter, I'll find it on my own. But it still DOES seem a bit unbalanced when you're in the middle of nowhere, and there's only one shelter that's so far away. The only problem I have with this mod, because everything else is brilliant.

In cordon, you can find a 'crystal thorn' (or whatever) that has -10 rad for +3000 bleeding (i think), found on the roof of the mill. Grab it as soon as you get that 'hidden stash' and it helps you to survive thru blowouts if you can't find shelter.

I didn't remember a Crystal Thorn in Cordon...Thanks. What's this I hear about artifacts being usable as weapons?

Yep, you can equip artifacts into the pistol slot and use them as weapons.
Each artifact will in reverse create the anomaly where they originally came.
For example anomaly electra creates an flash artifact, so a flash creates an electra anomaly.

Usage: Equip your artifact and hold fire, until the transformation is complete.
Then stand back and wait a few seconds.

Let me start off by saying this mod is fantastic. Really, everyone, well done. Fantastic job. Being able to create anomalies, new folk songs being played, mutants, mutant skins, everything, really fantastic.

However, there is one small problem i found that maybe a few other people have commented on. (Please dont be a douche and say "well you make a mod then" because this is constructive criticism, not mod bashing).

The blowouts are awesome, however sometimes the sky doesnt change properly to the awesome purple, red lava death it sometimes does. Thats not my main concern though. My main concern is the radiation you receive even when you're inside a basement. Please dont talk about realism, i want atmosphere, having to frantically run to a basement just in time to live (that was aimed at cynics, not the mod crew)

Im no modder, but im thinking that maybe theres a way to tweak the script that stops rain from falling inside buildings to make it so radiation from the blowouts doesnt get inside buildings? Once again, not mod bashing, love this mod, only making some parts perfect would just be totally frickin' awesome. Not many people at the beginning of the game have the required 4 anti-rad drugs to save them from their skin falling off :P

THE FIRST PATCH RELEASED FOR OBLIVION LOST 1.3!

It's just a minor bugfix, you must NOT start new game, you can continue your saved game. It's NOT depending on which patch you are using, it's both compatible with 1.0004 and 1.0005, also it's not depending on which language you are using, just install this fix and that's all!
Please overwrite everything!

Features:
- the damage of the blowout is now more balanced between each levels
- fixed Sakharov's bug in Yantar
- fixed the Snork bug in Yantar
- fixed the bleeding restoration artifacts (Slime, Slug, Mica)
- fixed the statistics bug in the PDA
- now you can skip the cutscene movies
- weather bug at 8:00 fixed

Install the patch please! Now I reduced the blowout damage in Cordon.
Also you can use Seriy's Hangar at the Garbage as a hideout, it will protect you from the radiation.
And yes, the rain falls inside buildings, but ONLY through holes, for example in Agroprom Underground, there is a level changer, you can see the sky, so it's realistic, because the rain falls down through the hole.
Also the storm bits the lamps. What's the problem with this? I don't understand.
But I agree with you a bit in the blowout sky thing, but it's impossible to fix correctly. This blowout (surge day) is a couple of crap, ruins the weather, it gets lighter in night and darker at daylight.
So that's why I cutted out these sky textures. That was horrible IMHO, so I'm using only the vibros effector -- much better...

Nice, thanks man. I can see you were on the ball there. Really made this game 10x better
Also have you put detectors into the game or kept it as normal? I cant seem to find any, because allthough the normal system works fine, adding the option to take it away makes the game more challenging

I have only noticed the radiation problem in shallow buildings...I wonder if the radiation effect is tied to the sound of the rain....rather than the rain actually hitting you. I have usually been ok inside large structures or rail car boxes for some reason.
