So Im guessing the two imortal bosses are gone with them... I wanted to ask, after I clean out all the monolith soldiers out side the sarcofagus, what I guess is the last portal-gate takes me to a spot in the ground and I dont know what to do next. I cant seem to find a portal-gate I havent gone through and theres no scene playing, now what? thats it? thats the end? I killed all those monolith soldiers and now I just have to walk back and do free play?

It isnt the modders fault that the game engine doesnt have any plot after the endgame. The modder is limited to placing new things to kill and possible offering new quests after the game is beaten. There will never be any new maps or new main plots however. Maybe if you are lucky you will find a jellyfish on your walk back to cordon.... |

rkteckt - sorry but I do not understand your post at all. ![]() el_venezolano - walk back to the sarcophagus on your own feet, forgot about the portals, use the level changer what you used to arrive after you destroyed the Monolith Control.

So what about the special boss ? But what is exactly this system of dynamic anomalies...? A new feature ?

I was just saying that a lot of people are dissapointed by free play after they beat the NPP because there is not much to do. When you play through on Vanilla you are angry that there is no way to go back after you enter the NPP level, and you get cool equipment like the gauss rifle and the ft200/fn2000. Freeplay of course lets you bring those weapons back to the zone and use them. But after you do freeplay for a couple hours you realize there is not much to do really except walk around and wait for respawns..... The fact that it gets a little boring is not the fault of any modder. And of course I hope his walk back is very exciting and he finds something nice like a jellyfish/medusa artifact......

What can I do with this rkteckt? The game has got a story, you beat it, after that you had not got story, just stalking by free. You can shoot and collecting items, that's all. No idea how to improve this.If the game would freeplaystart, then it would be already boring.Anyway OL2.0 will allow you to ignore the storyline, but you must complete it to be able to reach NPP Stancia2. ********** "That's a shame... So what about the special boss ? * :F - Special boss will be stronger and deadly when he attack you. * But what is exactly this system of dynamic anomalies...? A new feature ? " * - yes, forgot about the well-known placed vanilla anomalies, they can appear almost everywhere, but they won't appear in important places like Bar.

Yea, Kanyhalos removing meshes sounds really bad way to do it, I am glad you warned us. ![]() Thanks for the tip about the sky color setting do you remember what is the Average range or what it would take to see the stars on a clear night without NV? My only suggestion is the way the Bandits spawn, in the underground tunnels going to Agropon Research they were poping right in front of me in that stairwell you climb to get to the otherside of the constant lightening pulses in that long hall. When you climb as high as you can the stairwell stops at a collapse, where they were spawning right on top of me and in Garbage they seem to spawn every 180 seconds or so near the Cordon exit. Additionally at the Research exit they constantly respawn, once I had just killed them all for a quest, then was walking out to Barkeep, still in the same building a quest goes off again for the Bandits I had just killed for a quest 50 yards from where I was standing. I just give up on trying to kill them, is there anyway you could offer a choice about how often they respawn? My idea was to make them spawn then stop until we zone, this does two things makes more realistic (i.e. omg 20 bandits invaded Garbage I better kill them all) and secondly it gives the player a sense of accomplishment (feeling of clearing a zone of the enemy) and if they are constantly spawning you never feel like your accomplishing anything. Just an idea, thanks for you work on this.

a vintorez with 20 rounds wont ruin the gameplay, if you want a real assault rifle just carry the f2000 with you
