But I do know what you mean and I can see it in my head and I want it too
I can see putting 5000 kilos into a btr then getting mobbed by boars or dogs and it floats up on top of them and then flips over and you cant get it right side up again. I spent ten minutes surfing on a dog wave in the little green jeep once.....lol

I've noticed it's really hard to actually run over and kill mutants... People no problem I collect then as hood ornaments... But like... I tried sailing through a crowed of dogs and they just ran through it... Same with a boar... But then it turned around, rammed my car and flipped it... I was then killed cause it was upside down with me in it.
Oh and w00 you can fire the MP-5 from inside a vehicle cause it's in the pistol slot.

yeah, its doable, if you try hard enough, but another chopper just comes in and takes his buddy's spot after a couple of minutes. not worth it if you ask me.

yeah, id agree with that, ive been waiting for the merc pukes to respawn for ages. they never pop up. and my habit of scoping out that roof is never rewarded anymore XD

id like those boys on the roof back, please!

The merc are not respawn? Hmm..ok, I'll check it. Probably it can happen, but there are soldiers and specnaz troopers instead of them.
Ok, I'll try to make it if I did not make it already with non-released scripts, thanks for the feedback. Also it can't be blowout-related.

hahahah you misunderstood me, sorry. I did not mean the roof.
The Military sometimes start a raid around Cordon, Garbage, Dark Valley and Rostok, but that's totally random.
Okay guys, it seems I fixed the merc respawn problem, also I think all other factions are respawning now, I checked the Duty in Bar and it was ok.
Please try this:

It's NOT requires new game, just reload your savedgame.
The script activates when you load your savegame, and the respawn requires about 30-35 hours, after you reloaded the savegame please use your sleepbag, and go to the Wild Territory.
I tested it with OL1.3.3.beta, but it's compatible with the OL1.3.2.,too.
Please give me the feedback.

Ah, and don't misunderstood this: "The script activates when you load your savegame", I mean it once you reloaded your savedgame, then the script will be ok. Sorry my english is not the best.
Ask if it's not clear.

I don't know if it works... Maybe I'm doing it wrong? (But I have noticed that the sleeping bag doens't actually effect people around in the zone... jsut makes 5 hours jump ahead)
I loaded the game, then saved it.
Quit STALKER, then started again and reloaded.
Slept for 40 hours
Went into Rostok - Mercs still weren't there on top of the half constructed building.
Went to Yantar.
Came back to Rostok, Mercs still not there.

Later on when I can find my book (I've lost it ) I might let the game sit there and manually pass 48 hours or so in Yantar bunker; then go bck to Rostok and see if they are there.

But so far

Also, with Freedom attacking the Duty base at bar... Besides the fact that the Freedom guys just spawn outside the bar and near the entry to rostok... I've noticed that they just stand there in a huddled mass until some one shoots at them... Just wondering if there is any way to make them go hunting for the Duty people? or patrol around?

Oh and I tried knifing the BTR engine works great! 1 hit adn BOOM!
Oh ALSO you can knife the Controller that is around the NPP to death (I ran out of nades )

When I went to Rostok WT the Merc were respawned, but not in the top of the roof. They were on the ground, below that building.

The Freedoms are not spawning exactly the same coordinates, there's a +/- variable, and if they kill all Dutiers, then they will go back to Army Warehouses, because they are using the same freedom terrain.

The OL1.3.3. have got an another new feature again, the npc's are throwing grenades. The author is xStream.

I hope they know how to aim grenades F1 grenade is something that you shouldn't be randomly throwing around unless you like killing yourself with the enemy.

This mod's getting better and better, GJ kanyhalos
