Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone can tell me a way to remove the traders ability to repair your items from the mod, or at least increase the values so that it costs a lot more.

First of all THANK YOU Kanyhalos for an outstanding mod!!! I installed the mod using the Mod Manager, but I keep getting russian language. How can I get the english audio to work with this mod? I've tried using both 1.4 and 1.5 game datas. Please help, I really want to play this outstanding mod! Thanks!!

Have to say NICE mod!! Now I just need some help with the proper end and I don't know where to go from there. HELP!! (Don't know how to add spoiler tags otherwise I would have been clearer)

The latest (1.3) version doesn't contain the russian sounds, please don't use the old versions, I'm not supporting them.

After true end you can go back to the previous levels. The final portal teleports you to the court, and you should check the markers of the new level changers on the pda map.
You can go back to the Sarcophagus, Stancia1, Pripyat, and so and so...

Kanyhalos, thank you for your fast reply. I'm pretty sure I downloaded the latest version of the mod (1.3), but none the less, I'll download it again from Stalker Files. I'll keep you posted. Thank you for your continued support on these forums. Cheers!

UPDATE:

Ok, so I did the following:

-clean install of STALKER
-then patched w/ 1.5 US version
-then installed the 1.3: Oblivion Lost, and then Oblivion Lost Patch, Stalker Downloads, Stalker Singleplayer

The game starts up just fine. The old man speaks "english" and gives me my first mission. However, the dialogue after this is Russian. The next trader that I speak with, and the guy waiting on the hill to take out the bandits also speaks in Russian. I though 1.3 did not include Russian voices? I must be doing something wrong.

Also, I came accross some dogs and a demon dog, and i started seeing double vision?? Please help...someone.

Q: What the hell!?!! Everyone is speaking some weird language!?! BUG BUG BUUUUUUG!!!!!

A: Nope, this is a feature of OBLIVION LOST. The dialogs are taken from the Russian version of the game. Even when the most of the spoken dialog is already in Russian,
somehow changing it all to Russian confuses the hell out of some players. Even with the Russian dialogs, the texts ARE STILL in English.
HOW TO REMOVE THIS AND REVERT BACK TO THE ENGLISH DIALOG:

-Open gamedata>sounds>characters_voice folder and from there delete the subfolder dialogs. Then open the subfolder scenario and from there delete all other folders EXCEPT
the subfolder titled VIDEO.

I like this mod, it really adds a lot of extra playability to the game. However, I have a few comments and questions.

1. Blowouts seem to occur just a bit too frequently, pretty much every day. Sometimes twice a day. Once, I had 2 blowouts happen back to back. Which brings me to my current problem....

2. I was in the zone next to "The Bar" with the Freedom base, and the 2 blowouts happened back to back. After I cleaned out the base, I turned around to head back to the bar and sell my loot. To my surprise, there was about 50 assorted mutants and zombies (including bloodsuckers and controllers) standing RIGHT IN THE GATE leading back. I tried for several hours to get through, but there's just too many of them, and all but a couple of allied stalkers were killed in the freedom raid. What to do?

Sounds like you are not trying hard enough......

Leave everything but a rifle and some grenades in a chest and then try lobbing grenades from behind the crest of the hill......you only really have to kill the controllers, everyone else you can just jump up on a truck and kill them while they mill around.

If that doesnt work, grab a car or a tank and drive it up the hill to the left of the gate, there is a level change accessible there with a vehicle....might be on foot, I never tried.

This MOD is outstanding! I finally figured out how to get the english audio back onto the game, and installed Float Mod as well. I received a damatic increase in FPS! I stopped playing STALKER a few months back because it was completely unplayable for me. I thank all the people involved in making games like this playable for everyone else! GREAT JOB to everyone involved!! No back to the Zone!!
