As glorious as all of the addons and modifications sound, this mod has been nothing more than a sh*tstorm of problems for me.

I've had MASSIVE FPS drops (85 at Max settings down to 30 with spikes of 2FPS at minimum with OL).

I've had multiple crashes on a clean install of 1.0004 while using the 1.0004 compatability patch.

Any time I press ESC to open the menu it freezes for about 10 seconds, blackscreens, freezes again for another 10 seconds, then brings up the menu.

The same happens when opening the inventory or PDA.

My friend who DLed the patch didn't experience any FPS reduction, and he has a worse computer than I do.



I don't know why this isn't working, and it's really getting on my nerves. If anyone could give me a little support it'd be appreciated.

Thanks for that - tried it and though all the icons are back to where they should be its still pretty messed up so i'll just have to get used to the new one

Sneaked into the warehouses after getting to the bar for a few new guns.. the new blowout effect scared the hell out of me when it first hit lol. Its pretty kool that when one hits all areas are effected, hence me having to fight off 3 bloodsuckers in corden (in the new scary night-time, can't see a damn thing!)

Looking forward to exploring some more!

STALKER with mods is working fine! I've used the ABC-Mod and AxeCompilation modpacks, as well as the Wandering Stalker mod. All of these work fine.

When I started using OL everything hit the fan.

One of the crashes that really got me p*ssed was when I asked Wolf for another mission. I hadn't saved since starting the game and it crashed me to desktop. ~_~

Hm, okay. No idea, sorry. Kanyhalos might be back online tomorrow. His Internet connection was/is broken. Maybe he's got a tip.

Edit: Maybe you should collect some crash logs for then. A crash when talking to an NPC for example could be investigated.

Maybe this mod just isn't for me, even if it would be epic if it would work. After launching the game and trying it a second time the FPS drop got even worse.

It was a solid 2-3 FPS, basically I launched an interactive slideshow.

Sorry, probs been asked a thousand times, but how can I edit the trader files so that they have ammo for the LR300/FN2000 etc more often?

i tried to integrate it into my OL2.0 but the files are too different. any chance we can see this added to OL, kany?

NIPHTYS guide to basic modding will walk you through the trader files...

Basically you need to open the trader ltx, then find the ammo type and change the numbers behind it to something like 1,3
