HELP armor not working

Hi everyone, I'd like to know if anyone is having problems using the x46 armor with the 1.0003 patch? I just can't get this to work, i can put it on but it provides no protection whatsoever! Plz help this is really shitting me!

uhm no prbs here.
thats the only MOD i use and it works fine.
i had mine installed before the latest patch... after patch it still works

If the Armor is in game for you to purchase, and wear, then something else must be amiss. Make sure the unique_items.ltx, from the mod, is the proper folder: ie- C:\Program Files\THQ\S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl\gamedata\config\misc.

The main problem is that the suit doesn't provide rad protection, one shot at me and i'm either bleeding like a blood bank or i'm dead! If i click on suit in the inventory it shows that is has 1000% protection from everything so WTF is going on?
I've deleted all the mods from the folder then installed the armor mod only and started a new game and still dying from rad poisoning and getting shot!

ok I downloaded it and checked it there is alot of extras in there that could be conflicting. The only thing you need for the suit to show up and work are the unigue_items file, all the trader files for it to be in all traders, and the textures folder.

Since you deleted all other mods do it again and install this version its cut down to the needed files only. Start up tell me if it works.

X-46 cut down = Send big files the easy way with sendspace. Files too large for email attachments? No problem!

ok i've deleted the gamedata folder and only have the x46 armor in there. i've played the game and everything works fine except i can still bleed and get shot and die! Is this a fault with the game code with the whole immunities sect of the armor or something else?

did you change the user.ltx file to say : true true instead of false true
