Need help with m_stalker.ltx File!

Hey guys!

I'm sure lots of you know the config\creatures\m_stalker.ltx File.
It is used for the detection mod and other nifty things...
so... I have played with my own modded detection style very long and today i wanted to continue playing and... wooops!
Occasionally the game does not accept my modded m_stalker.ltx File anymore. I do not know why. I tried changing back EVERY parameter I have changed... but... nothing helped.
The game does not accept this file even if I use the ORIGINAL one from the game archives... Someone a idea what to do?

Did the OL mod you just released contain that m_stalker file?

Yes, the Mod contains that file. (I controlled it with WinMerge!)
There is just one difference:
In the OLMod, the m_stalker.ltx contains following at the end:

In my local data it does not contain that because this is not in the original file and because this part does not really have a function except spawning a stalker called "sakharov". (I think a gag of the original author, what? ;D)

isnt sakharov the scientist in yantar research bunker?

i must say that i don't really know, but as my research in the original file tells me, that this spawn is not part of it.. so this should not be a character which is part of the original release or even patch .01

i have a feeling he is, i'll let you know if it is you may have to wait a while though as im currently playing through again. Im refering to the scientist trader the 'hello, hello' guy in the mobile bunker.

Hmm this isn't quite in game confrimation, but to me it is.....
in the string_table_tasks_yantar.xml you'll find-
string id="yan_return_to_bunker">
<text>Bring the results to Sakharov</text>
</string>

<text>Talk to Sakharov</text>
</string>

why sakharov would be listed as a stalker i dont know.
knowing this probably dont help but who knows hope it clears any problems.
