Aaah, I thought you meant out at Agropom. I had that happen to me once, when I was leaving the Institute (after taking the you-know-what)
. I had shot down all the guards out at the exit, and I was going through the corpses for ammo, when suddenly some Rookie steps out from behind a car and unloads into my back. Luckily I hadn't actually gotten to the next corspe yet, so I was only hit two or three times.

Also luckily, he was a Rookie, and only armed with an AK74U... else I'd've been dead, 'cuz I was using the Realism Pro mod.

That was the mod I had installed when the guy baited me in to coming to knife him in the second instance. Needless to say hear an AR that loud, that close, scared the %$&$ out of me knowing he very well could of killed me.

I've had a guy shout "I surrender!" (not incapacitated) and - I might have imagined it - stop, a sec later he was shooting again. Probably just a taunt and no code or anything. About what happened to you zander - maybe he used a medkit and recovered?
