Good info Midnight. Thanks. And thanks for the usp. It works great. It IS the perfect weapon for those bloodsuckers. The RPM is amazing. Good thing my local trader just happens to have about 50 boxes of shotgun rounds on sale for 6 bucks a box. ;}

Sorry if this post shows up somewhere else. I hit "post quick reply" once already but it didn't show up like it should so I'm trying again. This board behaves different than any I've ever used.

It's in your weapons.LTX file in your "config\weapons" folder. {same folder your usp gun is in} Open the weapons.LTX file and look for the 12x70_buck, and the 12x76_dart, and the 12x76_zhekan. They're all listed separately. You can change all three or just one. Whichever you like.

Find the "cost" and change it there. I set mine to 1 and the cost is 6 when I buy it. I don't know why it works that way. It might have something to do with the percentages based on how much the trader will buy it for. All I know is I set it to 1 and that makes the cost 6. If you want it for free just change it to 0 or 0.5.

Then set it up with the trader/s just like you did with your usp but put,
"= 10, 10" at the end of the line instead of the usual = 1, 3". That will allow you to buy 100 rounds at a time.

Oh wait, I used , "= 10, 3" not "= 10, 10". It shouldn't matter though. Might try 10, 10 and see what you come up with. Can't hurt. :}

Midnight, just in case you haven't already thought of it, go back into your ammo in "weapons.LTX" and change your "box_size" from 10 to 50, or 60, or whatever you want, and use "=10, 3" in the trader line. For instance, if you change your box size to 60 with "= 10, 3" in the trader line, this will give you 600 rounds.

Midnight, just in case you haven't already thought of it, go back into your "weapons.LTX" and change your "box_size" from 10 to a larger number. Whatever you want, and use "= 10, 3" in the trader line.

For instance: if you change your "box_size" to 60 and use "= 10, 3" in the trader line, that will give you 600 rounds.

Don't know why I didn't think of it before.

Next, for anyone who's keeping up with this, try changing your 12x70_buck. Where it says "buck_shot = 10", change it to 100. It's in the weapons.LTX where you change the cost. And get ready for some fun. :} Talk about wicked! The visual affect is awesome too. Check it out.

Now to get the spread to where you can wipe out a whole pack of dogs with one shot from 50 yards. :}
