Those are great photos. What type of camera did you use?

I'm also curious what the process of decontamination is like, and at what point items would be confiscated. Especially at airports now searching for dirty bombs.

This is what happened because the technicians didn't take a look the reactor's readme! Seriously, i think it's a human error, not because the building was unsafe or whatever, the guys that were working in the NPP should known that it was a high risk test.

The books still on the desks of the school make me sad. An entire city wiped out in a while. Here in italy everyone says "no to the NPPs!" just because they all fear the chernobyl accident and are so incredibly stupid that they can't even understand that if things are done correctly everything will be fine, as i said: it's italy.

Thanks for the pictures, they were very interesting to look at .

There are a few pictures I would love to have in a higher resolution, for wallpaper use. The closer-by picture of the reactor you posted, the 3 pictures of the bumper-cars, the detail-shot of the 'gas mask instruction poster' in the school and the last pictures of the toilets with the gas mask. Thanks in advance.

About hosting for those pictures, I recently started using Filefront for that myself, which seems to work well.
