Duty Rewards
 

Okay. So I took over Freedom and got nothing from Duty. Is this normal?

Details: I got to the Dark Valley, preparing to attack surrounding camps, when an emission came (worst f-ing timing as always), so the only shelter was at the freedom base in the middle of all my enemies. Well I went there and they were gone from the emission, but I killed -only- the ones in the main building after they spawned. I piddled around in the building for a bit when the NPC's took over the surrounding camps, making the base the next target. As soon as that happened I got a congradulations for taking out the base (with only the main building cleared and the actual objective to destroy the base not appearing), but no reward. So I figured maybe it's because the objective didn't have time to start in the first place. And now I'm stuck waiting for back-up. It's been almost a full day and neither back-up nor freedom has tried to take the camp so I'm stuck at a stand still. ... Help?

Sounds like a bug. You actually went ahead and strayed off the game storyline. Same thing was happeining when crossing over to Cordon and getting stuck there because you cleared the path before the game actually gave you the objective to do it.... Are you using 1.5.07

Best thing to revert to the last save game before you did all that. You did make a seperate save game before starting a new mission i assume ...

I haven't fought for Duty yet, but when I take Duty HQ for Freedom I'm also recieving gratulations and great glory, but the reward does not show in my PDA. When I'm back in Freedom HQ however, I am given the whole package, money, weapons and Exo. Maybe the reward is waiting for you back in Duty HQ!
