3rd Person View Crosshair Questtion
 

I understand now how to get 3rd Person view by typing in the 3 lines in that ltx thing. But is there a Mod that will allow you to move the crosshairs around so I can shoot and target better? Also do I have to switch back to 1st person view to talk and pick things up?

Also how can launch the game without having to put the disc in everytime I want to play?

EDIT:

I have seen on the site and few others that adding -psp to launch shortcut or .cmd file will give you a better Third Person View, but I don't see where I can do that. I use a disc to launch my game, and I tried clicking on properites on it and I don't see where to do this. And I don't see this .cmd file anywhere.

Please will somebody please point me in the right direction?
