CoP or SOC Mods better?

Like the title says.

Are COP mods better than SOC now? I know SOC has that 1 overhaul with weather, lighting, gameplay changes, new weapons and such (?) and transmutation of artifacts in abnomalies.

But does COP have anything of that level? Like a really large overhaul that changes alot of things AND is good?

you can't compare it like that, CoP is (for most people) available for only a few month, while some of the big SoC mods are still in development even now, years after the game was released. Biggest CoP mods right now are probably Sigerous, ARS and Smrter. In the end, whether you like a mod or not is a matter of taste, not features.

But I have to like its features first to know my tastes... I just wanted to know whether there are good overhauls on COP already. Maybe I should have rephrased the title.

like i said, Sigerous, ARS and Smrter are probably the biggest overhaul mods right now. Check the changelogs for ARS and Sigerous (english community made translations) on GSC forums or the one for my Smrter mod right here on Filefront.
