Where is the access card?

I'm supposed to investigate Evacuation locations: Position B 28. I'm at the buildings where the Iron Forest Anomaly is and am down a flight of stairs where there is a locked door that needs an access card to unlock the door. I've gone back over all the areas where I've already been, re-checked all the bodies and searched everywhere I can think of but I haven't been able to find the card.

Can anyone tell me where do I find the access card?

you don't need the access card at this point. it will be needed later in the game, and cardan will have the card. b28, if memory serves me right is in prypiat. check your map, it will tell you there.
