I want to sell it!(compass artefact)

ok guys, i'm running low on cash(54 rubles to be precise) and i found the compass, i want to sell it so's i can get better armor, upgrade it, upgrade my tunder s14 some more(i joined duty) and other things like that, but the problem is, the trader at duty wont buy it and the proffesor wont either, and if he won't buy an artefact then i dont know who will...

so what i'm asking is... who will?(really appreciate any help!)
