[Patch] 1.5.09

When is the new patch going to be available for the USA. I need the download version since I got the game through steam. I have tried every so called patch on the internet and nothing works. GSC Game World does not have the patch on their website. Are any other Americans using 1.5.09. If so how did you get it and more importantly how did you make it work???

Wait! The 1.5.09 patch is published by the distribution company, Deepsilver, and many people have had great difficulties with it. I've tried it myself, and there are a lot more CTDs than in he last patch, several known bugs are not ironed out and there are also some other weaknesses. It's known that the developers first worked with some "quickfix" for it, but as days go by, it seems that they will make a 1.5.10 patch (this happened before, with the 1.5.06 patch, where a premature patch was ditched in favor of a new patch from the developers).
