Suggested modifications?

Hello everyone. I would've posted this in the mods section but it seems dead.

Anyway, I'm starting out playing the game for the first time and I was wondering what mods you think I should get. I was looking around and I've found a mod that makes it so characters important to quests can't die and I also installed a mod that adds a minimap in the top left hand screen. I've been looking for some other mods, but I also want to know what you guys think I should get.

I was looking for:
-mods that make the game look better and increase/have no impact on fps
-a mod that gets rid of weapon degradation
-a mod that increases accuracy but not increasing it so much so that upgrading your accuracy makes it useless
-a mod that makes it so every trader has every ammo and weapon (but not armor)
-a mod that gives stalkers a % of dropping an artifact when killed
-a mod that synchronizes pistol sound/animations
-a mod that decreases weight of artifacts
-a mod that gives npcs realistic ammo based on what weapons they are carrying, so you won't find 20 shotgun shells on a person only carrying a handgun and no handgun ammo
-a mod that increases your weight capacity, preferably something high like 125 or so

What do you guys think, and can you help me? Thanks in advance.
Edit: Also, I'm running 1.5.5 because it was the latest patch I could find with a crack and I'm just too lazy to keep switching out my CDs every time I want to play it.
