i feel like an idiot, i need help with shrub

all i need to know is, what exactly do i type in to change the variables for example:
g_panzerfaust def: 0
realistic arc 1
spits out ammo, helth nade packs 2

also can i make myself the admin within the game, so i won't have to change stuff outside of the game? every time i try to change something (even gravity and speed) while playing the game, it won't let me.

How are you running the server? is it on your home pc or rented, dedicated or lan. youll need yo use rcon to issue commands from within the game. do \rcon then command like \rcon g_panzerfaust 1. If your doing it on your pc in the SERVER console not the game console type rconpassword passhere the in the game console type \rconpassword passhere then you can issue commands ingame.

gday dont feel like a noooob mate ,i still have horror drama,s like know ,just did an update from 98 to xp pro 128vid card 512ddr ram 80gig hd and i cant install rtcw .F==CK IT .iam gettin an i/o error an know one can help me mate
