pbag init error...

I have already posted this thread but it mightve been deleted. Im not sure how to get past this error. A server that has punk thing enabled always kicks me out after finding that it is having an error loading or finding a pb file. WTF! Help me out please and if this is deleted tell me why it was.

I don't know if this is it, but do you have pb enabled when you're playing? I'm sure you do, if not enable it see it that helps. I'll shut up now.
