Join Date: January 26th, 2003 Location: Buffalo, NY Rep Power: 0 | MAX_SHADER_STRING_POINTERS exceeded I haven't played single player in a while...now I receive this message in the console after the program started the "Initializing Shaders" step.
This is the message from the console:
...loading 'scripts/1024_nw_evil8.shader'
recursive error after: MAX_SHADER_STRING_POINTERS exceeded, too many shaders
My single player version is Wolf 1.32 win-x86 May 1 2002. Multiplayer has no problem.
I have a feeling that it means that I have too many maps in my main directory (even though they are almost all multiplayer). Has anyone ran into this before or know how to fix it. (Or should I just delete some old maps?)
