Error message...get perm banned from every server running PB

Whenever I join a server, I get the message "Hack: Using vetext lightmap approximation." I have reinstallled the game a few times, completely patched the game, and updated all my drivers, but the problem still happens.

I'm getting perm banned from many servers because of this. Atleast, thats what its saying. Please..I need help!
