WTF? Can't snipe?
 

I can't get past Mission 3 part 1 (forest).

I KNOW in order to do it I have to snipe.

Okay......so........I use the binocular button, and it gets me to the snipe screen, where I can zoom in and out. Press the fire button once I'm aimed.......nothing.

I figure maybe I could just use the zoom button to use the scope which is attached to the Snoop, but still nothing.

Is there a different snipe screen for sniper rifles or something? I've tried every key on my keyboard and can't seem to find one. I'm really having trouble without being able to snipe......

You first need to find a sniper scope for the mauser rifle to be able to use the sniping screen. Default button is "Z". You can find it in menu > options > controls > shoot > Switch to alternate There is a second sniper rifle also in that map.

The button for binoculars is only to view trough the binoculars. Nothing else.
