Ok what you need to do is draw a brush with the caulk texture and make it so its covering your fort. Make it bigger and wider. With the caulk brush selected right click on the grid and then goto select and left click on select inside. If you do it right it should select all the brushes that make up your fort. Instead of copying the brushes why not save it a sa prefab. Then you have it for future use aswell.

To save as prefab, with all ya brushes selected click on edit the save selection as prefab. name it and save it where you want. I myself create a folder named prefabs in my maps folder.

Then when you want to load the prefab. You just have your map open, click on edit, then on load prefab and goto your prefabs folder and click on the prefab you want then on open.

Simple enough really.
