If you've every visited us at "The Lion's Den" ,http://www.denoflions.net/ you know that our settings are as close to "stock" as possible. We think RTCW is not only a great FPS but visually one of the best games around. Sooooooooo...we decided to start a tourney with settings that preserve the visuals (eye candy) of the game...the shadows, the fog, the smoke, whatever. If you've played in leagues, you know that in many cases the allowable settings can create WolfPong...you need sunglasses to look at the screen and all the super textures, shadows, etc. are bleached out. That's their idea...this is ours.
