Default noobs weapon

well i would just let everyone know how to identify a noob. First of all you can tell if they are a soldier with a panzer everygame, second if they tk everyone around them becuase they have no idea that there are teams. and probably most important they wont even shoot at the enemy 10 times outa 11.

Hey man take it easy on the n00bz, dont 4get you were one once yerself. And I daresay that I enjoy the challenge of a soldier with a mp40 from time to time. Especially if my lewies and medics are "n00bs" themselves and are unable to do thier jobs. And even a vet will have to use an occational PnzrFst near the deployment spawn to clear a bunch of campers... I know TKers can be frustrating, but colateral damage is a reality both in rtcw and in the real thing.

I was a n00b once.....and so were you. I think most veteran players can tell a n00b from a vet....

Erm, when I play, I play with a Panzer/Venom combo every game ...anyone who called me a noob would get smacked up side the head with the Hammer of Intelligence Adjustment followed by a quick thwacking with the Mallet of Considerable Pain.

Venom is a good gun, requires control. Panzer however....

...requires skill to be able to use if effectively.
Give a noob a panzer on his first game and 9 out of 10 times he'll kill a teammate, or just waste a full rocket on one enemy player (the only time 1 rocket 1 kill shots are exceptable in my book is if the kill is an engineer planting!). PF Soldiers should kill a minimum of 2 enemies (but 3 is better) per rocket (my record is 6 kills for 1 rocket...and no, that wasn't at a spawn). PF Soldiers need to learn how to bank shots off wall, need to know just how much splash is going to happen when shooting a wall/floor. Someone with a Thompson/MP40/Sten can afford to allow the odd stray shot to hit a teammate, you can't afford to do that with a PF.
Veteran Panzerwhores are always get stick (more than any other weapon), and every game have to prove that they picked that weapon, not because they are a noob, but because they actually know how to use the damn thing!

How many times have I gone to get a flag in trench only to be hit by a camping pzer. Unaccaptable. If he were on my team I would much rather see someone with a thompson on defense. A medic or LT, someone who can be helpfull to other players. Its not hard to find a group of people and press fire. With very few exceptions, PZ is a weapon for someone who can't control a gun

What, you think it would have made a difference to you if it had been someone camping with a sniper, or a venom, or a frikking pistol! You would still be just as dead. So what if the camper was using a PF.

Ask yourself this...how many people can you kill with one clip from a thompson? With one round from a PF I can take out up to 6!

A medic or LT,
I freely admit to being a crap Medic (just not something I'm very good at)...as for Lt...sod off, too may muppets shooting you for ammo (among other things). I'm quite good at engineer though, I just prefer soldier.

What, taking out half the opposing team with a rocket isn't helpful enough for you!

It's not that hard to lob some pretty coloured smoke into a group of people!

With very few exceptions,
Sooooo glad you put that...cause I can shoot the left nut of a nat at a hundred paces with my pistol! (incidentally, using the Panzer also helps increase your skill with nades and pistol!)

Personally I use it because I like to blow shit up!
