XD See, he's not so crazy if he atleast has a sense of humour.

Lmao, no, it was just a joke, but a joke that he got :P. Unless he was being serious, I donno, that guy was nuts.

But to be specific, emo is a music and an idea, culture if you will, much like goth or punk. But the fashion is called scene. I dress scene cuz I like the look. I am emo because the idea and the music fall in tune with how I feel and act.

I sorta think this whole law is stupid. Emo is a stupid subculture, and most of the people I know who take part in it are morons and listen to really, really stupid music. At the same time, that's their choice. It should be left as such up until self-injury happens, at which point other means should be sought out to "fix" them.

All power to Russia. I love the language, most beautiful language on Earth, but they also have some fucked up politics. What do they do to emos if they catch them looking emo?

Been something over 40 years now and people still remember him, he's got a memorial etc.
Self-Immolation for a cause tends to be remembered for a very very long time. And can be the catalysator of social change in the future. (I.e. the anti-commie protests 20 years later which escalated and led to the downfall of the regime 11 months after them.)
