the girl is at fault. you shouldn't be outside at night if you are an adolescent female when everyone knows the cops are searching for whores. OBVIOUSLY. *If you don't get the sarcasm.... the huppos will be upset*. But yeah, those police guys need to die and that smart ass lawyer who says "they broke the law" needs to get a fucking life and realise that the police did something wrong. I mean, who is to say they thought they were the police? THEY WERE PLAINCLOTHES. I can't believe what the lawyer said at the bottom. I'm pretty sure the police can't just snatch people off the street with only "You're a hooker. Come with us" as a warning. So wtf?!

Even if she had been a white girl from Russia this would have happened. Why? Because of a thing called corruption. I'm willing to bet that they weren't actually intending to "arrest" her. In turn, the father could report them as pedophiles. The worst thing is:

Yup. Doing that to a 12-year-old girl is by no means 'reasonable' force. Those men are criminals, and should be put away or exiled somewhere inhospitable.

When 3 men not dressed in police clothes "arrest" your daughter and use violence, I think it's pretty logical the father thinks it's a kidnap. He shouldn't be arrested for that, selfdefense.

I usually side with the cops in most situations. I do in the Rodney King case. However, this was just ridiculous. At a bare minimum, the girl and the father should be declared innocent and receive financial compensation. But I personally think whoever screwed up the address should be relieved of his duty.

Just read this again and found another fault. An arrest is only valid if the police read you your rights. The cops here didn't read the girl her rights, so the arrest itself was illegal. The cops were also required to identify themselves, and they didn't. That lawyer is a dumbass, those cops were dumbasses, and both the lawyer and the cops ought to be fed to a pack of hungry wolves. I know that if I was the father, I would most likely have shot the cops dead on the spot.

Any inkling of "police" doing this is pretty much gone if you read the details of the story. They weren't in a police car, they weren't wearing police clothing (badges as well), they beat someone instead of just arresting, and then proceeded to charge them with assaulting a police officer. These are two thugs beating up on a black girl for absolutely no reason other than to be thugs.

Throw them out of the force and in jail, they weren't even close to following protocol.

So wait? If you see your 12 year old daughter is being dragged from your property becuase she was wearing "tight shorts" your suppoed to just sit and watch? Sounds to me that the cops either made a serious misjudgement and aren't man enough to admit it or they simply attacked an innocent girl and are making lame excuses to cover their ass. I think they should be relieved of their job and then should be dropped off in the slums of Houston and forced to walked home wearing a sign around their neck explaining what they did.

The cops grabbed a teenage girl intending to rob and rape her and didnt realize she wasnt a prostitute, not that they would have cared. If she had not been close to home and daddy all that would have happened was daddy would not have gotten involved and she probably would never have said anything about it for fear and embarrassment.

Putting anything over her head and beating her in the face is illegal here in the USA as well.

The act of going to her school and arresting her in front of her friends, teachers, and peers is flat out intimidation and revenge for the lawsuit.

A couple of well known cases...

In Indianapolis where I live several years ago a black man was walking down the street downtown near Union Station, a nightly hot spot with bars and clubs, when several drunk white men started harassing and beating a black man. A white man passerby saw what was happening, called police on his cell phone and tried to help the black men and got involved in the fight.

When police arrived the drunk white men pulled badges and showed they were undercover cops and the black man and the white passerby were arrested for assaulting a police officer. A investigation showed no wrong doing by the undercover cops.

As far as I know Indianapolis is one of the only cities in the US to have on record that a teen aged black youth, WHILE SITTING IN A POLICE CRUISER WITH HIS HANDS CUFFED BEHIND HIM SHOT HIMSELF IN THE SIDE OF THE HEAD AT POINT BLANK RANGE.

The cops were cleared of any wrong doing.

In another case a school teacher is sitting at home when someone suddenly tries to kick in the door. Man grabs gun and calls 911 and yells "Go away I've got a gun". Door flies open and teacher shoots at person entering. striking and killing the person entering right as they turn to run out.

The dead person turns out to be a cop who was part of a raid that went to the wrong house. The teacher was beaten so severely he was taken to hospital. Teacher tells his side of the story. Cops make up a story but the recorded 911 call records everything the man said and did and it agreed with him and showed thte cops to be liars.

Man was convicted of murdering a police officer and did time in prison.


The Police and to a lesser extent the Sheriff's Department have been investigated FOUR times by the FBI but have been cleared every time.

A friend of my moms who doesnt handle stress well was verbally assaulted til she was crying in a Appleby's parking lot and she never knew why he pulled her over. She filed a complaint and recieved death threats, vandalism on her car, and was harrassed by police when ever she went out. It got to the point she was afraid to leave the house. She wound up dropping the complaint.

And were supposed to honor and respect these people?

I know several cops who are good and decent people but the majority are just criminals with badges.

Most police around here are corrupt bullies with nothing more than a high school education. Most think that they are the law, and not law enforcement.
