Donahue FTW. He never even answered the question about "what does winning mean". He pulled his classic interrupt-the-guest bullshit too.

I have thought about whether or not I truly need a TV. As of now I only watch an hour or 2 of TV a week. I only watch the news and the occasional program that is on either the history or science channel. If I could get the handful of programs I watch on the TV through the internet I would not have any need for a TV aside from the occasional movie and some video games.

I am going to give a few years and I should be to get what I want off of the internet.

I don't care how many people hate Bill Oreilly, when he attacked Barney Frank, he kicked his ass, and had every right too, and I respect him for that.

No he didn't. O`Reilly never shows respect for any of his guests he lashes out at like that. He's a pathetic asshole that needs to be taken off of the air.

"This is why your stupidity gets in the way of rational discussion"

best line to describe his show ever.

he distorts quotes to change what the statement really was.

Ah yes…the seeds of fascism – silence those whom we disagree.

O’Reilly has the right to be an ass, however, the best way to silence him and others like him is not to tune in. Ratings are TV/Radio personalities best defense or worse enemy. Fox isn’t going to can him unless he makes a blunder like Dan Rather did. Fox News continues to be in the lead as the most watched news network despite its leanings to the right and O’Reilly appears to be one of the most watched shows…I personally can’t stand the guy, but obviously he gets the attention he needs to stay on the air, even here on File Front.

No sir. I think, as a supposed news station, he needs to have some level of tact and professionalism when it comes to what he says.

So you're saying we shouldn't take off a racist and anti-every-other-country-in-the-world (first quote) person from continuing to blabber on preaching his ideas to people that may not understand that he's full of shit and take him seriously? That scares me, and I'm sure scares others that someone like this speaks on national tv and means it.

He gets the attention because he's a raving lunatic. Just like Jack Thompson got attention because of his crazy antics and attempts at banning video games. We won a victory there because he's been disbarred.

OH PLEASE. That is 100% Bull.

He had the video clip played on the air like twice, and it clearly stated that he said, the stock would go up. And Several times Barney Frank was given the chance to redeem himself and own up to what he had done, and just to say "Yeah I made a mistake"

Instead he denies complete evidence and begins to make up some BS that he never said that it was a good investiment and that it was terrible, and alot of people lost money because of this asshole, including people who I know, so he had every right to lash out at this homo.

You mean the bit where he goes: 'I do think the prospects going forward are very solid'?

Firstly I hate to point this out to you but that doesn't say stocks are going to go up. Secondly it's not a factual statement at all, and everything he said in that interview was qualified as his thought, I.E. his opinion.

In July 2008, Barney Frank stated that they might not be the best investment, but moving forward, which is what the stock market is all about, he said they would be solid. With this information, people bought the stock and lost alot of money. All he had to do was appologize, and he wouldn't just man up and say "sorry"
