There are those that always believe the system is infallible and those who have common sense.

Those who believe video games are the cause are either bandwagon jumpers or those who have no regard for hearing 'facts' or accurate non-made-up statistics like fox news uses avoids for their fluffed up and often biased statistical data, if they even bother looking for information at all before spouting their stupidity.

Those with common sense would at least try to play games. At least the controversial titles to see if it's everything that those news outlets say it is then make up their own mind and form an opinion. Unfortunately, those with common sense are currently outnumbered in this country.

idiots indeed. i remember this talk show on tv, when 4 or 5 people talk about a certain subject.
of course, there was only one person to represent the gaming community, and 4 against gaming.
they kept attacking the guy that the gaming clouded his judgment, how come he can play games when he is an adult and other stupid uneducated claims.
the gamer guy was the only one who bothered to search for facts before the show.

When he was trying to do the bar for having a go at him before in the higher courts the higher courts they told him to fuck off and sort it out at the state level since he should be able to do that. This is just a preliminary letter saying that he's pleased they're trying to do these things to him since it shows he can't resolve it at the state level and that he'll show cause in a more detailed letter to follow later.

The court described one of Thompson’s recent filings in detail. [Thompson] dubbed it a “children’s picture book for adults,” interspersing images with text in his motion due to “the court’s inability to comprehend” his arguments.
Images included “swastikas, kangaroos in court, a reproduced dollar bill, cartoon squirrels, Paul Simon, Paul Newman, Ray Charles, a handprint with the word ’slap’ written under it, Bar Governor Benedict P. Kuehne, a baby, Ed Bradley, Jack Nicholson, Justice Clarence Thomas, Julius Caesar, monkeys, a house of cards,” the order said.

Yes, he actually filed the attached word document (courtesy of GP for showing it to the public) with the court.

His response;

I have a right to file anything I want with the court. It is beyond bizarre that they think they can tell me I can’t seek relief. They can deny relief, but they can’t tell me I can’t seek relief.

Good lawd this guy is dumb. How on earth did this one get past the bar exam? The last I heard it wasn't something to be taken lightly.
