| Exactly. ![]() I do agree that the Iraqis need to start standing up for themselves, and they are, a little bit everyday. The US is acting like a crutch for them, but if you suddenly remove the crutch while the bone is still healing, they may fall and re-break the healing bone, perhaps making it even worse than before. One way or another, they'll be forced to stand up for themselves soon. Even said war-mongering republicans are tiring of this war.

| "Well I dont. Neither does anyone in my family..." I realise that is a sweeping statement, but if you could watch that full movie Obsession "in thier own words" you can see what they are saying. One lady narrator, her father was a terrorist she was born in egypt and lived in palastine. Another narrator was a recruited terrorist lifestyle who stopped thinking like he was. They show the vids of maasks inside and what and how they say to the people, hidden cameras. It should be shown around the world, to exspose exactly what is going on, but I think people think it is to cause hate, but it does not. Definitly not all of muslims are bad or violent, nor should Islam be viewed the way the bad dudes are causing it to be. Go find it and see what you think, but it is looking 100% factual and informative, especialy if you could watch the whole thing. Then you can tell me where I'm wrong.

Anyway, between Obama and Clinton I can't say one is far better then the other. They are both lesser choice for me. It's kinda sad that people buy into the whole black versus woman thing. Obama isn't black, he's a half blood. And Clinton is not a... oh wait. But regardless, does race or sex matter? No, it should be who simply will be best at the job. Who has the best program and can best excecute that program? The programs of Clinton and Obama are the same or atleast not a lot different in many areas. Where they are different both have differences I do like or dislike so overall I do not favour one program a whole lot over the other. So who to endorse then? Clinton has more experience so that may help her, she can not only talk the talk but also walk the walk. Obama does a good job at talking (speeching) though, being short and to the point. Both these points are good points to have in a leader... I simply do no know, there isn't a far better candite in my eyes. If I where to take a safe gamble I would go for Clinton to run now and perhaps that Obama can have an other term when he gained more experience. So for now if I had to chose I would pick Clinton but that may still chanche depending on future events. Aslong as the democrats win the elections I'm reaonably happy though. Anything is better then having a party which generally opposes my views (conservatism is something I oppose of). _________________________________ As for the whole party system: a true multi party system would be more democratic. That way the voice of the minority views aren't completely lost. As for the system of electing runners for a party: It sure is more democratic to vote for a party runner but if you let everybody vote there is the risk of idiots deciding who gets to win, people who blindely vote on a person because somebody tells them they endorse a certain person. So this has it's flaws... It's kinda nice to see what people think but on the other hand if only party members would get to vote they would be more objective to watch at the skills of a canditate. On an other note, the whole thing with weighted votes is jsut wrong, every persons vote should count equally regardless of location... Same for super delegates... I hope that the election/voting system gets a overhaul to make it more fair and democratic. Last edited by Admiral Donutz; February 16th, 2008 at 08:00 AM.. |

| ^ it isnt, in the past elections it showed that he kicked her butt in eevry single category that was supposedly her own strong support, like workers, women, and the older population..and on the other hand there are still black super delegates supporting hillary clinton.

| Did anyone see the Che Guevera flag in Obamas Houston election office? Here is a video and article on it. YouTube - Barack Obama and Che Guevara Che flag sends 'disturbing' message about Obama

| Every two bit teenage revolutionary has a Che poster. Every fourteen year has that Che Image on a t-shirt. Its not that disturbing unless we all magically time travel back to 1955 somehow. Its more about the artistic merit of the image rather than any concept behind it. Sort of the same reason that you find CCCP on shirts now. Those people aren't communist, it just looks artistically cool. Besides, its not like Obama put it up himself and ordered statues of Lenin to be built by his followers. A couple of office workers put up a flag. THREAT LEVEL: Whoopty doo.

| Why not Lincoln, there is no way anyone can just blow that off as everyday art when it's in a workplace. Lets see Bestbuy slapup a few posters of the lords supper, or Castro, just aint a way to be when it comes to being a public servant or have a public business. I bet he picks up huge flak from that, you can't get away with that stuff. HEY FOXNEWS hehe, I should email them this,

| Most people can. Any attention paid to this is just to drudge up controversy. If its on a t-shirt and its fine, I don't really care when a bunch of office workers barely associated with Obama set it up in a backroom. Call me when you see a Stalin decal.
