From militants in fields, bunkers, too tie wearing politicians, and professionals of every caliber. Terrorists exist everywhere and will always exist. A war on terror is tantamount to a war on infinitesimal bacterium’s. Or even naturally occurring vegetations, like marijuana. Wars like this can never be won. They can only be driven forward, at incredible costs and expenditures of both material and life assets. That’s the expectation though. With a never-ending war there is major money to be made. People might not like wars, but corporations and governments do, for wars equal mass profits. The best way to sum my point earlier would be to view chapter three of this film: http://zeitgeistmovie.com/ Oh and on a final note: I’ve done a fair amount of research into this films claims and sentiments, especially chapters I & II and thus far, I haven’t found any discrepancies in it. I urge anyone to try though, as It would be nice to know that this movie was off base, because if its not, even by a little bit, then we’re fucked. Quote:

I believe we still continue to assist everywhere in the World for a better Democracy, “But that’s just US”. Yes WE adequately responded to the WTC attacks and as far as your question on if enough has or hasn’t been done….well check it out http://h1.ripway.com/Trojan_Ripper/therealUSA.bmp (Open) |
I am not happy at all with how things went and are going down. This leader we have seems hell bent on staying and letting things get worse. We can only hope a new one will do better. No matter how you feel about this person leading the US, in your heart, you know he failed us all, not just the USA but the whole world. My heart hurts on how this all is panning out. Not good, not good at all. |
US Citizen-Not Satisfied Afghanistan-good Iraq-poor choice, although I can't call it 100% "bad". Saddam was a prick, but at least it was stable and secular. |
