There are still always blind spots. I take it you never heard of the Juba guy..(wellt he Islamic Sniper Brigade or whatever theyre called..) They always Aim for the blind spots in the armour because theyre always there. Unless you cover up the neck and joints, then theyre immobile.
And snipers cant do much against planted IEDs...well you can call in EOD but there isnt too much of them around since they keep being called up all over the country, and sometimes its still too late. Alot of the insurgents were NCOs and Officers in the Iraqi Army, they, although not trained as well as the US, still know how to kill.
And running is very important. And snipers take a while to train, and not everyone is elgible.
