Okay... 1 - I'm not American.

2 - "just say how good it is and you will be best for joining!" is just encouraging people to grow oranges, it is no diffrent to endorsing recycling or saying how good a career is in a certain field

3 - Did you only recently form your opinion of homosexuals by carefully weighing up good and bad sides, or have you always thought the same way about them for as long as you can remember?

4 - That edition of the book also describes how the Chinese version of the book has been censored. It makes no mention of any decendants of Mao, as the English version of the book does. Still deny any Chinese propaganda effort exists? Censoring is, after all, an important part of propaganda.

i disagree with homosexuals, i do not find it normal, i once did not think about the issue, but now i have made my mind it is not normal

things are censored all over world for peoples protection, only westerners make a point out of it and say how diffrent it is when another country does it

Everyone in the thread, with the exception of Look at that! herself, needs to bear one important fact in mind.

Look at that! has been brought up in a country where tolerance is shunned, and obedience to the archaic way of life is paramount. Basically, it's a contrast of cultures: Her culture of hating everything different, and ours of accepting things for what they are.

I've given up trying to debate with Look at that! and I recommend that you do the same. Whatever you say, she will not acknowledge it. It is not because she's a bad person, it's not because she's "vile." It's because she's been brought up to have a closed mind.

It's not directly because of where you're from....it's your radically different opinions that spark constant criticism.
In western world, most people realize there's nothing inherently wrong with homosexuality. So your opinion is simply at odds with that.

if you had a open mind you could except age, race or sexuality we are not brainwashed to hate infact i didnt even know you were from china when i started arguing about your exteame opinions. i bite my thum at you, i sugest you go and expand your mind. And as far as the age thing goes at least i have the comman sence to except gay people thats who they are and i am fine with what ever they do, it is a free world afterall.
