Right, now you are getting me to answer for you. My parents dont mind if i go out socialising with some friends who may well be gay. I cant speak for anyone else's parents, what rules they make up for their children is none of my business, but i find it highly unlikely that they would stop there offsprings going out just because of the sexuality of their friend/s.

I think that the whole idea(and this is just a guess) that homosexuality is bad arises from a natural tendency of humans to disgriminate against those different from them. People justify it with the bible, but again the bible was written thousands of years ago, when tolerance of others was exceptional, not expected.

Whyever not? If your best friend turned gay would you not be allowed to see him/her again, or would you just "disown/forget about" him/her just because you think he/she is not normal? I am interested to know.
