"All the praise is due to Allah for the blessed union which we ask Allah to be as a bone in the throats of the Americans and French Crusaders and their allies, and inspire distress, concern and dejection in the hearts of the traitorous, apostate sons of France," he said.
This doesnt even make sense to me:
Quote:
"We ask him (Allah) to guide our brothers in the Salafist Group for Call and Combat to crush the pillars of the Crusader alliance, especially their elderly immoral leader, America."
And all this because France sent peacekeepers to Afghanistan?
How long has it been since French Crusaders ravaged the Middle East? 1250 AD?
How long has it been since Moorish Muslims invaded southern France? 732 AD?
Re: Congragulartions France, Your now on Al Qaeda's list
He might also be talking about the absolute ban on religious signs in France forbidding having religious signs in class and etc. Not to be forgot, France had numerous colonies in North Africa.
« Après tout, le sang qui coule est-il donc si pur? »
Barnave on the French Revolution
«Gott ist tot! Gott bleibt tot! Und wir haben ihn getötet.»
Re: Congragulartions France, Your now on Al Qaeda's list
We get our share of terror-threats in Europe as well these days. You probably remember that someone tried to blow up two trains in Germany last month, apparently they were motivated by those cartoons and the death of Al Zarqawi.
Re: Congragulartions France, Your now on Al Qaeda's list
Allah is not available right now, your call is being forwarded to the 75th Ranger Regiment.
Please hold.

Re: Congratulations France, You're now on Al Qaeda's list
If they're actually deployed. Hell, I'm sure they're doing said job in one capacity or another.
Sorry, I must take this shameless jab at the French military...
Any armed force whose most illustrious and famous unit is comprised of soldiers from every country but the one it fights for (officers excluded, if I recall correctly) has a serious problem.

Well, the war in Algeria is a recent event. Algerian terrorist groups obviously don't like France because of this.
I think the word "Crusader" is generically applied to western countries that have troops overseas by Mr. Bin Laden now, a new trend he wants to start I guess.
Re: Congratulations France, You're now on Al Qaeda's list
Does these terrorists mobs actually got ink for printers to actually print a list out, cause lve never seen a list of enemies from them, only media reports, and they get oh so twisted at times.
Ok safe to say America and the UK are on it if there is one, but sheesh, you could just say everyones on it anyways, whats the difference ?
Re: Congratulations France, You're now on Al Qaeda's list
haha al queda is getting dumber and dumber. they are gonna bomb france, who are not good friends with the US.
because of the crusades, that like US bombing britain for the tea tax.
their first big mistake was attacking america in the first place. all it caused was for al queda to run to the hills after getting their bum spanked. im actully disapointed in ameria for not sending 500,000 troops to afghanistan to wipe al queda out, and make the taliban beg to be taken to gitmo.

Quote:
France's leader have (sic) repeatedly warned that the decision not to join the U.S.-led war in Iraq would not shield the country from Islamic terrorism. French participation in the U.N. peacekeeping mission in Lebanon could give extremists another reason to strike.
The national police had no immediate comment on the announced alliance, but officials have long regarded the GSPC as one of the main terror threats facing France.
French experts agreed, but also noted the group has been severely weakened by internal divisions, security crackdowns and defections in Algeria.
It looks to me like al-Qaeda is trying to make a Coalition of the Willing, by propping up failing groups in order to make itself appear stronger.
