Bush junior is the worst president in the US history

Clinton, he has the smallest list of mistakes/errors on his names and the most good ones so i will go with him. However you can not compare presidents 100% because they all lead their country in different times under different circumstances.

Clinton, by far, people think of him and they think of the scandal, yet he was hands down one of the best we ever got....

I feel sorry for him, because of how the republicans slandered him....

1. Somalia, I wish the families of the Rangers, Pararescuers, and Delta Force could have 5 minutes alone with Clinton in a room. We had no business in Somalia. He has the blood of our soldiers on his hands for a totally worthless purpose. Don't start a flame war about Iraq for the #th time.
2. His scandal with Lewinsky.
3. He was impeached by the House of Representatives
4. Could have saved thousands of lives by taking Osama Bin Laden when offered.
5. He failed to do anything about Saddam Hussein.
6. Even though you all say he helped take peace to the Middle East, as far as I know they've been fighting for half a dozen decades (Israel and Palestine; the time in more recent terms, they've been enemies for much longer).

And dont you think it is strange that when Bush senior was president, Irak makes war against koeweit (ok thats Saddam's fault), when clinton is president everything is calm and suddenly when Bush junior is president, Irak starts making trouble again.
Dont get me wrong its great that he attacked Afganistan and Irak, Saddam was a very bad president but now that those wars are over he can better start focussing on other things than war, like for instance...better protection against hurricanes, signing the Kyoto pact, ...

I though it was Bush Sr. who sent in troops at the end of his term to provide humanitarian aid.

Why did anything need to be done? He did not present a direct threat to the US. What was he going to do, roll his tanks across the Atlantic seafloor?

But in that time there was the agreement made at Camp David, where a cease fire was put in place. Then, just as Clinton was leaving office, Ariel Sharon sparked riots when he entered a Muslim holy site. In the 5 years that Bush has had, he has done nothing to try and bring peace to the region. Instead he's brought more havoc by invading Iraq and made an already fragile region into a hell hole.

Somalia was a UN peacekeeping mission, as a permanent member of the security council, it was our duty to be there. What he did screw up on was he denied requests for additional equipment (IIRC, AC-130s and M4 Bradleys) so when the shit hit the fan, the only tools for rescue where a handful of blackhawks and littlebirds, and some HMMWVs; not the ideal equipment to run through streets filled with hundreds of people with AK-47s and RPGs nor provide adequate aerial suppressing fire. He committed the fatal error of not letting the military decide what they need to do and have to get it done, a lesson that should have been learned in Vietnam

The way I feel about the whole scandal is that it was blown out of proportion; yes he lied under oath and committed perjury, but it was no ones business to investigate him for cheating in the first place. I think he got what he deserved once he committed perjury, an impeachment with no conviction and being branded as a liar, but he didn't deserve to be removed from office.[/B]

Seeming as you bring up the issue of Iraq, while worshipping Clinton consider Kosovo:
Clinton, and NATO, acted without the approval of the UN to go in and stop a genocide. IMO, this was probably heavily influenced by the events in Rwanda, and the failure of the UN to prevent the genocide that occured there. The only problem, after the fighting was over and done with the body count reached in the mid hundreds (600 deaths were proven to have been attributed to Milosevic, and are what he is charged for). The total body count was around 2,500, however many of those could not be determined if they were massacred or simply killed in combat, hence the figure of 600 is used. More civilians have been confirmed killed by the aerial bombardment conducted by NATO that have been found; something which can not be claimed to have occurred in Iraq. That may be a lot of people, but it was not the huge genocide that was used to justify the war, nor does there appear to be any indication that the deaths were a result of a policy of ethnic cleansing not just simple blind war crimes or political executions. Don't get me wrong, Milosevic was a bastard and deserves to rot in jail for those deaths, but if people can complain about Iraq being unjustified because the reason of stashes of WMDs was false, and flame Bush because of this, they should not hold the double standard by worshiping Clinton who did the exact same thing.
