Seriously, listen to what Lust and Ghost have said. Just say no and get it over with quickly. The faster you do it, the less anxiety you will have about it later and it won't be as big of a deal.

That, or you can screw her and dump her, like everyone else.
In all seriousness, don't pussy foot around it, just tell her flat out, and don't make her feel uncomfortable about it. Just give the simple answer of, "no." If she wants you to explain why, so be it... but if she doesn't want you to, don't bother. Keep it short and sweet and then things can go back to normal.
Blunt honesty is the way to go. Make it clear to her that there is, and never will be, anything of that nature between you, and then leave it at that. You have nothing to gain, and plenty to lose, from stringing her along.
In fact if I were you, I wouldn't wait until she approaches you, and ultimately humiliates herself, with an idea of that nature. Take her aside and explain it to her before she makes a fool of herself. Just make sure you're sure she's thinking those things before you do.

Stryker, if it so happens that she does come up to you with the intention of divuldging her feelings to you, you should politely tell her that you know, you think that is nice of her and that you are very happy to be friends with her. However, if she goes so far as to as you out, politely but frankly tell her that you are not interested because you just do not feel the same way about her, but that you are still willing to stay friends with her.
