Pizza Hut Suings, Etc
 

Man not just in Pizza Hut, but atleast anyways in BC, Canada people are sticking razor blades in their foods, and telling Pizza Hut they're gonna sue them because that the "Pizza Hut staff put a razorblade in their pizza." All of the people that have been suing businesses here in BC are all immigrants. I kid you not all of the ones I have seen/read/saw on tv are all Asian or some stuff like that. Perfect lame example. I decided to go swimming with my friend at the local swimming pool. Then once we got there a group of 5 Iranians there came over near us looking for a fight. I am guessing that they were probably about 2 years older than me and my friend, so when the one in the front was caught off guard, I punched him in the face. He was crying on the ground, and I got kicked out of the wavepool. Just before I left, the kids mother told me that she was going to sue my parents and sue the pool for this. I took off and left, and sadly this changes my views on immigrants here in Canada. (well here in BC atleast) I think it is very pathetic to stick stuff in your food, and pretend it was from the actual restaurant and try and sue them. Especially since 95 percent of immigrants here in Canada are on welfare, and yet us white Canadians work our ass off and barely pass by. I can't believe how ignorant they are for pulling that shit, this stuff just makes me mad and makes my feelings for the typical immigrant in BC very maddening (unless I am friends with them).

yup and they try and take control of everything, the schools, the businesses, everything. That's why Pierre Trudoe was ranked a better Canadian than Terry Fox? Because he changed the immigration laws, and allowed all countries to come into Canada and live there. I personally would rather pick a guy who ran across Canada with practically one leg, and raised millions for cancer research. Who would you pick?

Pfft, at least you have immigration laws. Here in South Cali we 'have' them, but the politicians are too scared to enforce them because they dont want to offend any of the legal immigrants and loose their votes for elections.

The illegals come up from mexico and get the jobs because sense they are illegal, they are not tracked by anyone. They work for like 3 bucks an hour, and so they are 'illegally' hired because they do more work for less pay.

Walmart just had to pay 11 million dollers to settle a lawsuit because they had been hiring illegals as janitors.

Kinda like suing McDonalds because YOU spilled scalding hot coffee on YOUR lap...

...or the burglars that sue the homeowner because they tripped and fell down the stairs and broke their back, when they shouldn't have been in the house in the first place...America is so lawsuit happy it's kinda funny :)

It's definitely messed up in Cali, but same in PA and some other states - they have so many stupid frivelous lawsuits. If you've heard of the M-Law site, which is made by a Michigan Law Attorney, he has a part on that site that shows prime examples of frivelous lawsuits and a special section on warning labels (ie, McDonalds: frivelous lawsuits and the warning labels they had to use on their coffee - "WARNING: Coffee is hot."). I think there needs to be a new warning label - and everyone should be educated in how to read them - that warning label would be "WARNING: Stupid people can be injured if using this product."

Please Pizza Hut, don't give into this lawsuit and give these people 10 million bucks! Don't become a statistic of giving into frivelous lawsuits like McDonalds did (10 million dollars for that person who spilled coffee on their lap - what is a stupid person like that going to do with 10 million bucks?).

It's gotta be tough on some of the judges. Imagine seeing some of the silly law-suits that come into court that you would just love to toss out but you can't because you would be violating someones legal right to sue.

I think Judges should be able to sue people for the government for wasting everyone's time on dumb lawsuits.

I think that when you turn 18, you should be given an IQ test. If you do not score about average or higher, then you are not allowed to be a part of society and you will be subsequently shot.

we got the lazy people up here on welfare doing nothing and wasting our tax dollars. Welfare should be ended, the goverment would have a multi-trillion dollar surplus.

I say...If they went through all the trouble to pass through all the barriers (legally?) then they should be left alone. I dont see the downfall of pizza hut as a threat to my existance. Let them sue their buttocks off.

As Mr. Matt said the government over here litterally sticks up a "Free Shit" sign at every port and then puts neon lights around it. The only thing you need to get a house in this country is a "disabillity".

If you don't mind your tax dollars going to the court fees for all these cases, not to mention it keeps real cases from going to court in any sort of a timely fashion.
