Well chances are Bush has no clue that the site is offline to forigners, What you actully think he runs the site by himself, he got tech dudes and stuff.

Hehe, he knows. Netcraft discovered it monday, but Akamai Technologies (who are Bush's tech dudes) won't comment on the blocking.
