Extreme Global Warming Okay this could just be extremely over-exagerated, but you need to read this. This is some of the most extreme stuff I have ever read concerning global warming. Read, then post your thoughts. http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmp...e_warming_dc_2 |
Re: Extreme Global Warming I agree with that, remember a few years ago when France was experiencing it's worst heat wave in centuries? Several people died, if I remember correctly. I've been worried about global warming for awhile, but with the hole in the ozone layer getting larger and the rain forest being cut down faster, it's only a matter of time before that prediction becomes reality. |

Re: Extreme Global Warming Well personally I am glad we are fucking off our planet. The quicker we destroy ourselves, the quicker we can give new life a chance to form. |
Re: Extreme Global Warming I wonder if I could have the same statement if one of my family has died last summer. Probably not. Are you serious??? |
Re: Extreme Global Warming ill be dead, will be fun to see if people will eventually find out what theyve gotten into or if they will keep going untill most of the planet is flooded and we dont have many places to live and then eventually burn to death. w00t ill be dead! |
Re: Extreme Global Warming Well this was bound to happen sooner or later. |
Re: Extreme Global Warming yes. But my 2050 we will be in space and maybe on mars. We can fu** up MArs then:lol:. We need to do something about this. |
Re: Extreme Global Warming I KNOW HOW WE CAN STOP THIS! If you elect bush for prez. then he will put more hydro cars in the world.:nodding: |
Re: Extreme Global Warming I read Europe is heating faster than any other continent. It was calculated that if the heat progression was this steady we would have no snow in Europe in 60 years. |
Re: Extreme Global Warming there was a pact or some thing wasnt it? the kyoto.. something |
Re: Extreme Global Warming european countries recieve more heat than any other contienent !well not like that |
Re: Extreme Global Warming Atleast you don't have the hole right above you.. |

This summer has been awful here in Belgium, but the previous year we had good weather from april to september. And our climate is normally kinda like the English (you know, cold and rainy :)). |
Re: Extreme Global Warming Jesus christ! I cant stand the government standing there saying we need to do something about this, the majority of citizens continue with their normal way of life, using the car etc. Well why the hell. if its such a big threat, doesnt the government pass laws to counter this! Then the citizens will F***** listen!! Rant Over. :) |
Re: Extreme Global Warming :agreed the government(s) should really be doing something about this themselves. Or are they already? |
Re: Extreme Global Warming two biggest reasons 1, automobile industry 2, oil industry they will never let an alternative fuel come into play, too costly lol |
Re: Extreme Global Warming I find it funny that America is the biggest poluter in the world, yet we are not facing any problems as severe as Europe will be. |

Re: Extreme Global Warming how will they calculate the amount of oil left? |
Re: Extreme Global Warming Ironic really. Us Europeans try to slow global warming by cutting our CO2 emmissions, whereas America doesn't do anything, or does little compared to Europe, and Europe gets the problems. |
Re: Extreme Global Warming Show me fucking Global warming. I havn't been able to get in the pool all damn summer because it's been too cold for the pool to heat up. Also, The winter that we came out of was cold as hell. Where is this 'Global warming' you speak of? |
Re: Extreme Global Warming LoL Spyder the effect is differant for differant parts of the world. From what I have gathered, the United States is experiencing hotter summers but longer winters. |
Re: Extreme Global Warming It has been in the mid to low 70's for most of teh summer in the North East. Maybe a few days it hit 80. But otherwise low 70's it's stayed. Usually it's warmer this time of year. |
Re: Extreme Global Warming here its 50 in summmer 50 degrees celsius donno how much that is in fahrenheit |
Re: Extreme Global Warming we're all gonna die here its 20 degrees in summer (usually) right now its like 16 (celcius) |

Global warming is becomeing a major problem world wide, but GWB won't do shit about it. He considers his oil and big industry money to be much more important then that. That may have also been a problem with Clinton, I'm not sure. At the time he was in office I was to young to care. He might have had some laws or whatever passed to help the environment and stop global warming, please tell me if he did or did not. But GWB isn't doing horse crap for the environment, in fact, he is reducing the laws and restrictions that were supposed to help the environment. I'll post examples later (other people can too if you wish), my cousins just got here and I'm gonna go hang out with them for a while. See you all later. TIKI, drop the drugs... They are bad for you. (As is obvious by your ridiculessly (sp?) stupid post up there a ways. Sheesh. |
Re: Extreme Global Warming no one can ignore it half of the world economy depends on oil , there will b major upheavals when oil is no more |
Re: Extreme Global Warming Even more so when water is scarce, which shouldn't be too many years from now. |
Re: Extreme Global Warming water problem can be solved by a more cost effective de-salination process me thinks , but its not so in th case of oil. the whole arab economy depends on it |
Re: Extreme Global Warming Yeah, no oil, no middle east economy. |
