Did I just write "dissapoiting ments"? Anyway, you could say I like the big things more depending on what the big things are, but there are more little things to enjoy overall and your taking a gamble on whether or not the big things are even going to be worth it. Whereas the little things are unchanging and you can enjoy them all the time throughout life.

infact theres a reason why the bigger things are bigger, it's because they are better and worth it, no gambling needed it's going to be good no matter what

But are big things necesarilly good things? Are little things necesarilly good things? Something can be huge and be horrible but then whats wrong with a nice summer day, or a gentle breeze, or watching a bird in the field, other then burning your bum on a leather seat? If your reffering to only good things that are big, Id still say the little things are better because they are always around when your having a bad day or just want to take a time out, whereas the big things are only coming around once in a while. So it depends on how much you enjoy the big thing and if you enjoyed it so much youd trade it for all the little things, then yeah it was worth it. I feel like Im going in circles...

Well metaphorically anyone whose pondered about life just long enough knows what you are getting at here. Especially when you think that status & importance has become so inextricably linked to capital worth (its a capitalist world in case anyone has not kept up ), then the 'big' things tend to be things of large capital worth or linked to large sums. But of course life is not about money. Primarily its about time: & money can not buy you the most microscopic smidgeon of it - well not on a like for like basis. You could hire an army of people to do everything for you up to wiping you when you get off the toilet - but then you would miss all the 'little things' that make life meaningful wouldn't you? (oh & make sure you don't smoke - that's a guaranteed time stealer like no other painless acitivity appart from gaming of course ).
However it surpises me that this arguable romantic view of life was posted by someone calling themselves 'evildude41' & calling attention to their capacity for evil. Weird.

Hehe, thats exactly what I was trying to get at In any case, how would you have any fun without the "little" things? Is a PC a big thing? What are we to consider big things?
