when they had the very first night vision cameras, you could use them in the daytime and see throught people's clothes.

Thats the website about the girl, incase you can't read cyrillic it they basicly goes into about how she was able to disproved several medical diagnoses and has not made any mistakes. A series of medical experiments conducted in one of the clinics provide substantial and undeniable proofs of the girls' unique abilities.
