Actually it's been proven that we dont only use just 10% of our brains, as there are different parts that control and interperet so many different things.

Theoretically we could use the whole thing... to find out, scientists would have to put that monitoring equipment on someone' head for their entire life, exposing them to everything possible...

It's possible i guess...if it did happen, i reckon it would be caused by some abnormality or mutation.
