Help w/ installing a movie on a website

Okay, im trying to install this movie (a small clip a friend made) into a website of mine. The movie is FLV type, and needs a FLV player.
I dont really care what it looks like once its on the site, even if its just a box that the movie is in.
I have full FTP and the site is a rented one. (not free :p )

The player can be found here
And the movie can be found here

Any help would be awesome, even saying it cant be done (if that is true) would be good too.
Thank you,
Twin

I have a FLV player as well. I know you have to make a embeddedcode I just dont know how. Try uploading it on youtube and doing that.

It'd probably be better to convert it to .avi, .mov or .wmv. They're the most used.

I'd recommend getting it converted to .avi or something, since even if you used a normal embedded player, most visitors wouldn't have the player installed to view it. Windows Media Player is integrated by default on Windows systems, and that supports .avi and .wmv.

After 5 minutes of searching, I found the following tools which should be capable:

I haven't tried them, but they should work. Super seems to be the most efficient.
