Not exactly a problem, but a question: targeting on PC?

Is it possible to lock-on to targets on the PC? In the tutorial at Emmet's, the tips say "Use MWUP and MWDOWN to change targets" and "Use RMB to target something" and stuff like that, but those do absolutely nothing no matter how many targets I have or anything. I play lotsa FPS games, so I don't have a problem with manual-aiming, but I've played this on PS2 and you can lock-on to stuff on it, so I'm kind of bummed right now.

I believe that if you have a gamepad, you can lock on targets, but playing with keyboard and mouse gives you much more freedom and accuracy. I bet you can get more headshots using the mouse than using a gamepad.
