Problems With The Carpet "addons"

Hi Guys
I'm New In This, And I Got A Serius Problem, I Got The First Full Version Of Operation Flaspoint Cold War Crisis, But I Dont See The Carpet "addons". I Check The Original Cd AND Also Isn't Exist.
Waht I Must Do?
