Converting resistance addons for OFP v1.46

Is it possible to convert addons such as vehicles and aircraft that were originaly made for resistance so that they would be compatible with OFP v1.46. I don't have the resistance expansion pack.

Are there any tutorials for this. im sure it not only help me but many others who also don't have the expansion pack.
