Your wii habits I dont play standing up , because my legs get soar too quick, i only play standing up if i need to ( ex. bowling + golf) or if i already beat the game and need a new way to make the game feel fresh again. and sometimes i over due the actions or add movements that arent even required in the game, for example, when playing LoZ TP , if im shooting my bow, i ll actually pull the wiimote back from the nunchuk, and it feels like im actually pulling back the string, or ill make a swiping motion to swing the lantern, all tho all thats really required is a push of the B Button, and ill actually spin to do a spin slash, although you need to only shake the nunchuk. All these extra movements just make the game that more fun/real feeling. Im wondering if anyone else has any interesting gaming habits to tell about |
I only just got the Wii a couple of weeks ago, so my games are limited to the sports or Wii play. I have a habit of looking up when I serve the ball in tennis, as though I have actually thrown a ball in the air. It has gotten to the point that I find it difficult to watch the screen while serving. Other than that, nothing too much out of the ordinary. I will probably develop some more when I start playing some of the other games. |
sometimes I stand up, sometimes I sit, depends on the game |
I nearly always sit. Nothing too special for me though... |
I get thrashed my the computer on hard on Mortal Kombat and want to throw the remote through the screen! :) |
I always sit when playing Resi Evil 4 and Zelda, standing for Wii sports. |
we play bowling from 30 feet away down a hall sometimes just to see how hardw e can throw the ball with a 15ft run haha, also sometimes bust out granny shots haha |
I always stand for wiisports, but sitting down for everything else except warioware. But the biggest habit I have its swing the remote like a real baseball bat when playing baseball on wiisports. |
You can find another way to feel fresh again...:) |
Let's se, since i'm a real bowler, i actually fell like im bowling by taking a few steps, in boxing, its a habit to cover my own face with the wiimote and nunchuk. Baseball, hold like a bat, etc. It's what the Wii was made to do. :p |
When I serve the the ball in tennis I sometimes jump as if I were actually doing so. And in Call of Duty 3, I sometimes get annoyed at much my teammates A.I. yell and keep missing shots I find myself going "Thank you Captain Obivision" and "Learn aim!". |
stand for sports everything else isnt fun unless u sit |
really depends on the game.... the sports games i play standing. |
You're right |
I have found that I stand for most of the sports games, and sit for the others, such as PotC3. With Tennis, I tend to look for the ball after I throw it in the air during my serve. Depends on how many sets I have been playing. |
Re: Your wii habits You`re Right |
Re: Your wii habits when i play wii tennis i do the whole real life motion when serving even though all you gotta do is flick your wrist |
Re: Your wii habits I sit, except for sports. Baseball is surprisingly fun. I hate the real game of it, though. |
Re: Your wii habits Depends what game, if its a shooter i sit. Sports i stand. |
Re: Your wii habits i have no habbits i sit for everything... |
Re: Your wii habits i play sitting down with my legs crossed. unless im playing wii sports or mario and sonic at the olympic games. and and usually dont put on that strap thing. |
